It is best if you can accept simple accommodation, have basic knowledge of hatha yoga and make choices that respect and feed the energy of the group.

Transportation Specifics

• Zurich Airport to St. Moritz to Soglio
• Alternative routes through Milan or Munich
• Details on application - the train ride from Zurich through the Alps, in a glass-roofed carriage, is one of many highlights of the retreat!

• Cancellations within 3 months of retreat will be refunded 90%.
• Cancellations after this date will be refunded 50%.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
